Mary Fearon
BSW, MSW, Licensed Registered Social Worker
Mary Fearon BSW, MSW, Licensed Registered Social Worker. Mary graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Social Work Degree and University of Toronto with a Master of Social Work Degree specializing in Clinical Counselling, Mental Health. She has extensive training in counselling and leadership and worked in a variety of positions for government and community agencies developing and facilitating educational workshops. In her most recent role as Respectful Workplace Coordinator at College of the North Atlantic, she developed training for the leadership and staff and offered coaching and mediation for employees. She has extensive experience providing clinical counselling services through her current private practice and consulting business, which includes working with Eastern Health Region Employees and Family Assistance Program and The Journey Project. Several of her presentations were adapted to webinars and training videos for Bridge the GApp, Newfoundland and Labrador College of Social Workers, and the Department of Education.
